RightFit
RightFit is a wellness program designed to help adults ages 65 and older improve their health at a comfortable pace. Services are provided by Cleveland Clinic Akron General LifeStyles at no cost. Please register at one location. The RightFit program includes:
- Two free, low-intensity fitness classes each week that focus on cardio, strength and flexibility
- Free access to monthly presentations on the latest nutrition and fitness topics from a registered dietitian and fitness expert.
- Three convenient locations
